Different Angles

Is it really that hard to see we are the same

The Human condition begins in the brain

Conditioned to look from one point of view

How can anything learned really be true

Our colored skin seems to determine fact

Whether it be white, brown, other or black

Bias and prejudice take hold in a view

Never taking the time to confirm if its true

Embrace the difference, it’s what makes us unique

Why do we have to belong to one certain clique

Hug your neighbor, open a door

This invites change; positive we need more
